How soon is my site live?
Usually within 2 weeks after our first call. You send your logo and a few photos of your work. We do the rest.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. If you already have one, we connect it. If you don't, we arrange one. The name always stays yours.
Can I make changes myself?
You don't have to log in or learn anything. Send a message or e-mail with what needs to change, like a new photo or different opening hours. We change it within 2 working days.
I already use Salonized. Does that work?
Yes. We add your Salonized booking button to the new site. Customers book the way they are used to, and your calendar stays in one place.
Who takes care of maintenance?
We do. Hosting, security and updates are part of your monthly fee. If something breaks, we fix it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After the first 12 months you can cancel every month. You simply take your domain name with you.
What about privacy and the GDPR?
Your site only asks for what the request needs. There are no tracking cookies, so you need no cookie banner. Requests go straight to your inbox and we do not store them. A privacy statement is included.
What does it cost?
You pay a one-off setup fee and then a fixed monthly price. Building, hosting, maintenance and small changes are included. See the packages for the amounts.
